A nearly zero cost solution to the different hole distances
The following are the heat sink of T12 extrusion and the cap from two separate suppliers. Unfortunately, the hole distance of the heat sink is different from the cap. So an assembling problem occurs.
We worked an aluminum board (the third board) and the problem was solve.
